Through 1:1 coaching, you’ll receive all the support you need to clarify your goals, identify mental blocks to your success, create balance in your life, make healthier choices, connect to your intuition, build self-confidence, and create sustainable change in your life. 

my program (available in 3 or 6 month time blocks):

·      Two 50 minute coaching sessions per month

·      Detailed session notes with a full recap and action items

·      Text and email support

·      Personalized meals based on your individual needs
